Issues:
* Three issues have slowed us down a bit. The first, as described in previous
reports, is configuring new hardware. The second delay resulted due to the
fact that the first Veritas consultant was not qualified to help us and
had to be sent home.
The last issue will probably continue to slow us down. There is
quite a bit of work going on on the SAP systems related to the 4.6
upgrade. We will have to continue to negotiate rollout dates with
R3-admin so that we all can get our work done!
Key Learnings:
* Gotta love that bleeding edge technology. Don't underestimate the
time that new technology will bleed out of you!
Team Dynamics:
* All is currently well. There are a couple of other projects on the
horizon that may reduce the amount of time that team members can spend
of this project.
