Accomplishments past period:
- Production ITS server was up and running on 8/28 as scheduled
- Transactions are being processed in a controlled environment
in Production
- Added more features to journal voucher transactions
- Development 50% done on verification of VISA charges functionality
- Worked with Dan Hart, Peter Kelley, and Mark Sprague to modify the
ITS Change Control Process
Goals for the coming period
- Increase size of Pilot to about 20 users by the end of September
- Evaluate SAP 4.6D ITS patch to fix web reporting bugs
Issues
- The SAP 4.6C upgrade is starting and its going to take some resources
away from our project.
- The SAP 4.6D ITS patch is still not generally available from SAP. We
would like to wait until its installed prior to rolling out to the
community.
Team Dynamics
Sense of relief that we are meeting our latest deadlines and are nearing
project completion.
