Was the "LETTER TO THE INTERNET COMMUNITY FROM ALAN WEIS OF ANS AND ERIC
AUPPERLE OF MERIT" a part of or an outcome of your meetings with
merit/ans/nsf?
wouldn't know. I'd say it is part of the outcome of the secretve 1990
letters.
Were the parties of the arbitrated merit/ans/nsf meetings privy to the
preperation or impending the release of THE LETTER to the INTERNET
COMMUNITY?
none to my knowledge.
