Are these changes statistically significant, at waht level
of confidence?  Be prepared when defending your
answer to account for the move to the T3 backbone, the
change from all packets counted to a sampling procedure,
and the new school year (and all of that research traffic that
uses weird port numbers).

The numbers are amusing, but I wouldn't want to base network policy on them
or be charged for my usage bnased on the data that's gathered.
