As such, meetings have been held with merit/ans/nsf with independant
arbitrators present.
Was the "LETTER TO THE INTERNET COMMUNITY FROM ALAN WEIS OF ANS AND ERIC
AUPPERLE OF MERIT" a part of or an outcome of your meetings with
merit/ans/nsf?
Were the parties of the arbitrated merit/ans/nsf meetings privy to the
preperation or impending the release of THE LETTER to the INTERNET
COMMUNITY?
