Well, I have an aunt, named Betty, but her last name
isn't Crocker and for most of her life, she's been an oustandingly
bad cook.
As to the use of hyrid solutions, there finally seems to be some
convergence on the 'objective' choices:
To reduce weight and cholesteral: avoid any kind of fat; butter=margarine
To maximize flavor: use butter
To reduce cholesteral, somewhat: use margarine
So, chew on that!
