It's great to see the cooperative spirit in which ANS and CIX are
working to attain interconnectivity. This is a complex issue, but
one which is very important to both the academic
and commercial users of the Internet, not to mention the regionals
like OARnet. Let me second everything Geoff said, and add my own
thanks to Al and Bill for setting an example which I hope will be
followed by the rest of us.
