I believe that all of us are eager to finalize and sign off on the loader
specifications. Since it appears that our latest set of options for
CANCEL transactions may be causing the delay, we would like to
simplify the specifications by having the Advance loader SKIP _both_
OCLC REPLACE and CANCEL transaction records. We will modify our local
procedures so that we manually cancel the Geac Advance record and item
holdings prior to cancelling the bibliographic record on OCLC.
No Geac system report or overwriting of data will be necessary.
