God save all present. One of the few things that Stephen's record
10054489 and the many serial Country profiles that also exhibit this
phenomenon have in common (none have 949's I don't think) is that they
all seem to have one or more bonafide back-transferred item records.
Could it be this that somehow causes the subsequent phantoms (also
known as Caspers) to be created?
