ISSUES: Faxon numbers

Woh. Faxon numbers (935 field) are apparently not being indexed.
These numbers were useful in the Serials Recon project for matching,
and might be utilized similarly in the last phase of Recon, so we
would like them to be accessible. Could either the 935 be indexed, or
could the numbers in 935 be migrated to yet another 035 local control
number field? They would sit discretely in the cn= index, as 6-digit
numbers always prefixed "FAX".
