Would it be possible to choose one set of default values? Well, yes,
it would be possible to arbitrarily choose one set as the default, but
it will mean that, no matter which set you choose, most of the
provisional authority records will be filled with incorrect values,
and will need to be corrected manually.
To me, it really defeats the purpose of having the system create
authority records if most of those records then need to be corrected
one by one by a human being. I would really, really like to avoid
having to make this compromise.
