Essentially, qualifiers can be added and edited at any time. It is
something we need to do after we get the data back from Geac so mid-June
is OK for the first set.
It will take some time for them to be generated at first and it does
load the machine down. I suggest parsimony in their construction,
partly so patrons aren't overwhelmed by the choices and partly to
preserve the machine's resources. They are useful but not really a
substitute for shortcomings in the system.
