I think the MV issue is an example of some general confusion about
what is a spec vs. what is a fix of a bug in the migration.  
As another example, when I was talking to Tom about our specs, he
asked why we hadn't included the 001 problem where in the 1st GMA Geac
had leader information appearing as trailing character data on the
OCLC control numbers (E.g., LCN 10530620).  Well, we hadn't because it
had been reported on a trouble shooting sheet and we saw that as
another GMA1 clean-up issue.  We've since included a spec about the
trailing leader, but, I'm concerned that there may be other problems
that we are assuming will be handled in whatever way you are handling
all of the trouble shooting problems.  

I've sworn off caffeine for the duration of the implementation...and
I'm still nervous!
