how many databases?

how many databases are floating around? We had an interesting search
turn up during a training session. Our example of se=lecture notes in
mathematics could not be located, if we telnetted into emmy. The
search did work if we used any of the terminals in the training room
where people click on the advance icon. I know as of last week that i
would telnet to emmy, use opac, opac95 and be able to perform the
above search. Any ideas. thanks linda
