The RCC's like ResNet's solution - we can tailor our interface and
functionality. Admin HD like SupportMagic.
Can't judge or choose a piece of software if both groups don't have the
opportunity to use it. SM is limited by # of licenses. ResNet has a
password for RCCs.
Our home-grown solution is by no means complete and RCCs argue about some
aspects of our page. There is something that always needs to be added or
removed. Change does not happen too easily.
