Joe,
We use our firewall, a Cisco PIX, and Packeteer to monitor and block
whatever we need to. It's easier for us because AppliedTheory (I'm sure
you've heard of them) manages our router. They are very prompt in responding
to requests, but we can monitor everything minute by minute and respond as
necessary.
