Is it possible that she has another device that she's not realizing? Have =
you checked with your AD folks if they have logs of the mac address or anyt=
hing that identifies where the failed logins are coming from? The times I =
have seen this, that has generally been the case.

10, but she is consistently being locked out.
I=92m told the OS is up to date on each device and that they should not be =
attempting to connect automatically when in range, but even if they did, th=
e passwords are correct and should work. Have any of you seen a similar is=
sue? More importantly, any clue what to do about it?
