We separate machines into OUs based on what labs they are in, so this
isn't too much of a problem for us. We have a "top" level OU of lab
systems which has the group policies that are necessary for all labs
on campus. Specific labs that need special settings are placed in
their own OU and they get just their settings. The organization took a
little bit to get setup, but now that it is in place it works well for
us.
