There is a GPO in place that enables the ability for the machine to receive the offer and adds our support group to the "Offer Remote Assistance" group on the local machine. The only difficulties we've had come from technicians forgetting to place computers in the proper OU to get the settings (we have separate OUs for departments). I'm pretty sure that our domain controllers are running 2008R2. -- Chuck Steel Dickinson College ___________________________________________________ You are subscribed to the ResNet-L mailing list.
