Greetings,
     We do things by-the-book: Enable 'Administrator' and build the profile
there, then use the CopyProfile=3DTrue value in System Image Manager while
making the sysprep.xml file. After-the-fact, you can use raw file
replacements inside C:\Users\Default, which we do via GPOs to fix minor
annoyances that come to light after we've mastered the image.
