Geneva College chose Cisco to replace a legacy Lucent/Avaya system. We did=
not use a consultant. We did an RFP. Looked at Avaya, Cisco, Alcatel, No=
rtel, and Inter-tel. Thought about Shore Tel.
Cisco phone has a lot of features. Most people use less than 8.
