At Scripps College we are rolling out VoIP with any big building renovation or office move.
We use http://www.nexusis.com/ for all of our equipment. I believe a few of the other Claremont Schools might use them too.

We are looking at replacing our aging PBX with a VoIP system. Do any of the
users on this list have experience choosing vendors? Did you use a
consultant? Did you use a RFP? Are there any particular features that were
advantageous to your Faculty or Staff?
