We looked at Bomgar and found that it was great, but outside what we wanted
to spend. We've used UltraVNC for a while and have issues with it and later
Windows OSes. We're rolling out Dameware now. In situations where I've
needed to look at systems from off campus or running OS X, I've used
http://join.me.
