Here at St. John's University<http://www.stjohns.edu/> we are using Bomgar.=
It's been pretty solid for us, our Help Desk uses it to help our staff and=
faculty. The client is easy to use - it just runs an exe for the session t=
hrough our portal.
We want to get into the scripting functions that allow us to remotely insta=
ll malwarebytes and run a scan from safe mode and its all automated.
Also we wish the product supported pre-exe environments, but you can't have=
everything.
