We have been using LogMein Rescue for a couple of years now and really
like it.  The ability to get someone's credential in an encrypted way
makes it very easy to work on computers and reboot them if needed, even
into safe mode for Virus/Malware removal.  I have connected up to 3
computers at once to perform different tasks on their computers and it
runs great!
