Hi Caroline:
We support 5,000 students and 300 staff. We used to have 20 RCCs who we sent out on room calls, but have changed to a central support operation where we have 10 part time student staff who work at two help desks. One is located in residence and the other in the library. We have four full time staff and me.
When we added wireless, calls became less urgent because they have wired to use if needed.
We require our staff to live in residence, so we still have the ability to send them to a room if we need to.
If you'd like to, feel free to give me a call with any questions you have.
