Hi Caroline,

Do you have any numbers as to how many times your housing staff support people? That would give you an idea of how much traffic might flow into a consolidated service point. If you know that your students in X dorms helped 300 people a month,  for example, than you know that you'll probably looking at 300 visits a month to start with at a consolidated service point, and you can expect that to grow as people figure out the new centralized system. I'd start by trying to get as much data like that (hard or anecdotal) as a basis to think about staffing numbers.
