I've used Spiceworks in the past as a ticketing system, ran reports of
inventory, monitor low disk space and server subnet, etc. It also kept
track of which systems was not up to date with antivirus and a list of
the software on the system. I can say with it being free, it did get
the job done.=20

We use Spiceworks here to monitor our server subnet. It's not the best
product out there, but it is free. I think considering this, it does a
decent job. Getting e-mail alerts for low drive space is a plus. Right
now I'm not sure how to include another person to get the low drive
space alerts. Both myself and the other person are checked to receive
the alerts, but right now they are just delivering to me.

I have yet to dive into what else this can do for us. Right now, we're
just using it as a simple "network health" tool. I just upgraded to the
most recent version earlier this week.
