I am having the same problem with the Windows machines once I upgraded =
to Labstats 5. Thanks for the info, good to know the cause. I will try =
updating the client and if that fails, will uninstall it. Also, my Macs =
report randomly since the upgrade to Labstats 5 - the login information =
I get from Labstats has a little to do with the reality. Should have =
stayed with 4.
