Our institution is looking for a secure e-mail solution. Something that will ask you to register with a secure portal when you receive the first secure message, then ask you to supply your credentials from that point forward.
Does anyone have any input on these products or are there others we should be looking at?

Also, have you found there to be any problems with these being abused, have you set up guidelines for use or are you hitting your head against a wall to get users trained on how to use these?
