I have a few ideas that aren't really that great, but perhaps will spark a discussion:

   Disk drive throw (like the discus)

   Wireless Biathlon - running from station to station and you have to
	connect a different device to a wireless network at each location

   Monitor lifting (assuming you have some old, heavy ones).

   Typing race

   Any first-person-shooter game that allows team play

   Data transfer race (who can move data from machine A to machine B the fastest

   A talking to member of opposite sex competition (need judges for this)
