We do have our student staff wear name tags (and mostly they do). At our ma=
in location, they have their names on individual tags and at the satellite =
locations, there is a generic "ITS Help" tag that they share. We find that =
identifying them as staff makes them much more approachable, whether the na=
me is there or not. It also provides a little authority in case they need t=
o enforce rules.
