In our walk-in service center, we all wear nametags during the fall rush
period, usually 1 to 2 weeks starting at move-in. Other times, nobody wears
them.
Also, we send our customers a survey shortly after their visit, and when
asked which technician helped them, they're given a list of staff photos
with names, so they can identify the person that gave them great (or poor)
service.
