We do something similar here. Off the wired network for 2 weeks,
completion of an online quiz required for a 1st offense, one month off
the wired network, retaking the quiz and a meeting with the student
judicial office for a 2nd offense, off the network for the rest of the
year and another meeting with the student judicial office for a 3rd offense.
What would you do if you receive another complaint after they complete
the course but before X amount of time passes, assuming the date of the
alleged activity is after they completed the course?
Also you might want to check with your legal/policy folks on your
