I had a team of about 70 student staff and only fired two in 15 years becaus=
e the policies were tight and enforced as well as the job was "cool".  Due t=
o lack of available high hourly wage, I marketed additional "certifications"=
 in mentoring, helpdesk, training, digital media, etc.--all look great on a r=
esume.
