We're using Windows Deployment Services, and it works really well. We no
longer have to create different images for each model of computer, since
WDS can append drivers to your images separately.
Combined with PXE booting and a 'lookup file/script' anyone with proper
credentials can reimage a machine in the field without needing boot media
or additional interaction after clicking 'go'.
