Hi Everyone:
There's lots of talk lately on our campus about ITIL and implementing some =
of the ITIL principles. Who out there is using ITIL in their operations? =
Are there a group of you who would consider submitting a panel proposal for=
the Student Technology Conference? I'd be happy to organize the session i=
f I can get enough volunteers to sit on the panel.
