We have some areas that run our Windows image on Mac hardware, they also
run their own Mac image. We do it by imaging the Mac side first, running
BootCamp Assistant to split the drive, then using Windows Deployment
Services (booted from a 'discover' CD) to image the Windows partition. We
just default the machines to boot to Windows unless the users hold the
Option key, but some folks use stuff like rEFIt to get a pretty menu
instead.
