I know I'm a little late, but a solution we use is Copilot ( copilot.com ) =
it works cross platform, and I have not had any major issues using it to su=
pport remote location on or off campus.

We are looking for something like GoToMeeting, LogMeIn or TeamViewer to be =
able to assist users remotely.
It needs to be cross-platform (Mac & Windows), easy for the end user to use=
/allow the connection.
What do people use, like, or hate? (If you happen to be using LogMeIn, wh=
ich version do you use?)
