Cesar,

During the academic year, our Helpdesk (faculty/staff tech support for College-owned devices, campus support for ID cards and password resets) is open Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. We offer extended hours of 9:00am - 7:00pm the Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of Orientation Weekend in August.

During the academic year, our ResNet Office (student tech support for personally-owned devices) is open Sunday 5:00pm - 9:00pm, Monday through Thursday 11:00am - 9:00pm, and Friday 11:00am - 4:00pm. We offer extended hours of 9:00am - 7:00pm the Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of Orientation Weekend in August.

During the summers and other academic breaks the Helpdesk is open Monday through Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 5:00pm. (Last summer we were also open during the lunch hour as a trial - I'm not sure that will happen again next summer.) 

The ResNet Office is closed during the summer and academic breaks, but will provide tech support for students via e-mail during that time.

Both the Helpdesk and ResNet Office are staffed by students.
