Steven,
We could have written that posting about Team Dynamix - we were using HEAT
by FrontRange for ticketing, and now we're going to be using a blended Team
Dynamix solution. And just like you, the admin staff who made the decision
were looking solely at Project Management, with ticketing as an additional
sidelight. We're moving to it in the spring - so I too would love to hear
what anyone else has experienced with the ticketing side of Team Dynamix.
