Hello,

We are investigating Team Dynamix HE (http://www.teamdynamixhe.com/) as a p=
roject management solution for IT. We are currently using BMC Footprints a=
s our primary ticket tracking software. I've been extremely happy with the=
 capabilities of the product.

More recently our management has been exploring a project management soluti=
on. While attending Educause a few managers watched a demo by Team Dynamix=
and really liked what they saw. Team Dynamix would replace Footprints and=
 offer a blended solution.

I have repercussions, as the product doesn't seem to be able to automate wo=
rkflow to the same level. The team, evaluating the product is primarily ma=
de up of back end professional staff (our front end is run by student staff=
) and the focus has been on the PM side, not the ticketing side.

My question is, has anyone had any experience with Team Dynamix and if so, =
what are your feelings on the ticketing piece, or even the PM part?

Signed,

Nervous.
