Brian,
We have many employees printing to Xerox copiers and no reports of this problem. We use Windows print servers and most PC users have Office 2010.

Hi all,
Monday we started having something odd happen with people printing through our Windows 2008 print server to Xerox printers using the Calibri (default) font in Office 2010. All of a sudden letters from the printed page have gone missing!

but my guess is we would have started seeing this over a year ago when we started deploying Office 2010. Before I go trying any of the suggestions mentioned in the URL above I wanted to see if anyone out there has experienced the same thing recently?
