Nearly every school I've seen typically has explicit rules forbidding
the resale of college services without explicit authorization from the
school. This is really no different from
a. students who decide to resell statistical analysis services
using the school's big number-crunchers.
b. students who decide to run a word processing business out of
the public labs.
You should already have rules in place to determine your response to
situations like these.
