"Stimulus or Ripoff?" - "Network Neutrality in 30 Seconds - Part 3"
http://lauren.vortex.com/archive/000494.html
Greetings. It appears likely that the dominant ISPs in the U.S. will
soon be offered major tax credits for broadband expansion and other
improvements, as part of the upcoming national economic stimulus
recovery package.
In this brand-new segment of my continuing "Network Neutrality in 30
Seconds" video series -- titled "Stimulus or Ripoff?" -- I take a
somewhat, uh, "tongue in cheek" look at this issue.
