Hi,
I think some good things to have in a training session would be:
o using references/cross-references
o using frames (anchored and floating)
o equation formatting
o creating templates -- this isn't difficult but maybe
there are easier ways to do what some of us
have already slapped together
o customizing (changing key bindings, etc.)
