I know that we frequently get requests for latex formatting of journal
articles that have very strict specifications, and since this will
probably be carried over to Frame we may want the templates which have
just been made available for IEEE formats (which are a standard):
Subject: ftp for IEEE formats
The ftp address is: tardis.cl.msu.edu
and the directoy is: /pub/frame
and the files are: ieee1.mif and ieee2.mif
