Before we get all up in arms... I agree that when we have formal guests=20
laptops are out of place. I realize this isn't clear in the bill, but my=
=20
intention was for it to apply to the actual meeting part of the meeting -=
=20
topic discussions, legislative debates, etc.
I'm not sure if that would be best addressed by adding a qualifying clause=
=20
to one of the that clauses or adding an additional that clause, but I'll=20
think about it.
