Just a reminder that minutes that have not been approved are not to be distributed outside of the
people on the list ua-senate-members. This includes putting them in your Public directory or
emailing them to ua-senate@
Also, as the agenda indicates, scheduled agenda items will not take place earlier than their
scheduled time. This is to avoid the situation last meeting, where we had to call people because we
were so far ahead.
