Hi FPRC and Finboard (since we'll probably be discussing you next),
Finboard seems a reasonable next step after the Senate funds. I'll have
some guiding questions, thoughts, etc. in time for our next meeting.

Currently, the following seem some likely subtopics:
* Composition
* Factors of consideration: groups, financial experience, event
planning experience, Finboard application experience, etc.
* Selection process: application run by Finboard, by NomComm;
election by student body, by Senate; ex officio positions
* Notification requirements / role of Senate or Treasurer for oversight
* Guidelines on what to fund
* Reconcile with Senate
* Role of UA Treasurer

appreciate it if you would do so in the by early Wednesday evening.
Let me know if you are particularly interested or uninterested in this
meeting --- it seems unlikely we'll get everyone, and I'd prefer to punt
the people who care less...
Finboard folks: You're welcome to show up (as are others, I guess). Let
me know if you'd like to (and possibly fill out the spreadsheet), and I
can see what I can do in terms of scheduling. If you'd like to stay
